  • Reptilandia - Reptile Lagoon is open Tuesday - Sunday from 10am to 5pm. We are also open on every Monday Holiday from 10am to 5pm!

  • Parking is free at Reptilandia. You can see our ticket prices and membership prices here.

  • Tickets and memberships are available at the door, but are also available online for your convenience.

  • Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks to enjoy during your visit.

  • Yes, pets are allowed at Reptilandia. Please ensure they are leashed and under control at all times, and remember to clean up after them.

  • Currently, we do not offer any rental items. Should you need strollers etc. please feel free to bring them.

  • Yes, if you've lost something during your visit, please speak to our front desk for assistance.

  • Family restrooms are located in the first building near the entrance.

  • Thank you for considering us! While we appreciate the opportunity to support nonprofits, we handle all contributions on a case-by-case basis.

  • Absolutely! Birthday parties and group events are welcome. Our picnic area is perfect for cake and celebrations. You may even enjoy a special meet-and-greet with one of our animals.

  • Yes, we welcome commercial photography and videography. Be sure to tag us in any photos you post on social media!

  • Absolutely! Guests may leave and re-enter as needed.

  • We do not offer refunds, but your tickets can be used for a future visit.

  • Yes, all our exhibits are enclosed, so you can enjoy your visit rain or shine.

  • For the safety of our animals, feeding is not allowed.

  • Most of the time, yes! While some animals may occasionally hide, 95% of our animals are visible during visits.

  • Recreational scooters and drones are not allowed. However, handicapped scooters are permitted.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.

  • Field trips can be booked through our dedicated field trip form, where you can specify details such as the number of kids, chaperones, and your preferred date and someone will be in touch with you to confirm.

  • At this time, we are not accepting volunteers.
